Daniel G. Collarini was born and raised in the New Orleans area. Dan earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in Biology and in History from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2000. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School in 2004, graduating with honors.
While attending Tulane, Dan was a student attorney in the Tulane Criminal Litigation Clinic, representing indigent defendants in Orleans Parish. After graduation, Dan has had a diverse practice, representing insurance companies in general casualty, property damage, premises liability, construction defect, automobile and trucking accidents, errors and omissions, commercial litigation, professional negligence, workers compensation, and first party insurance claims. Dan also has extensive experience representing several hospitals in medical malpractice claims, credentialing committee, disciplinary committee, and interdiction claims.
