Biography

Greg C. Fuxan is a civil litigator with experience in first-party and third-party insurance defense, premises liability, automobile liability, construction litigation, aviation litigation, products liability, insurance subrogation and corporate law. Greg has handled state and federal litigation matters from initial pleadings, discovery and motion practice, mediation and settlement conferences, through trial. Greg has experience as outside counsel for insurance companies. He also has in-house experience, serving as Vice President for a division of Old Republic Insurance Company and as General Counsel to private companies, including Evans Industries, Inc. and B&G Crane Service, LLC.

Greg completed his undergraduate and law degrees at Loyola University of New Orleans where he was a member of the Moot Court Staff. He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1990, and is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana.
