Biography

Maurice C. Ruffin is a commercial litigator and trial attorney.  He has represented clients in hundreds of civil matters, including insurance coverage and casualty disputes, surety and construction matters, complex torts, workers compensation proceedings, medical malpractice litigation, mediations and appeals. Mr. Ruffin was a member of the Law Review at Loyola University School of Law, New Orleans. He is past chair of the Young Lawyer’s Section of the New Orleans Bar Association and a recipient of the 2008 Louisiana State Bar Association President’s Award.
