Premises Liability Litigation involves a property owner’s potential liability for damages sustained by guests to his or her properties. The classic and frequent example is a “slip and fall” case where a person sustains an injury from an allegedly unsafe situation on the owner’s property. While slip-and-fall cases constitute the majority of these claims, premises liability cases can arise from a multitude of situations.
