Kyle D. Curson

Kyle D. Curson was born in Hayward, California where he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, majoring in philosophy and graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Kyle earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Tulane University Law School in 2014. As a law student, Kyle was named a finalist in Tulane’s intra-school, appellate moot court competition. He served as President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, Vice President of his law school class, and secretary of the Public Interest Law Foundation. In addition, Kyle interned and/or clerked for the Navy JAG Corps., Los Angeles Airport Courthouse, and Orleans Public Defenders. He served as an Attorney Advisor to the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals, from September 2019 to June 2022.

The majority of Kyle’s practice lies in General Casualty & Insurance lawsuits involving transportation and logistics injuries, freight truck accidents, first party property and hurricane claims, products liability, slip-and-falls, third-party subrogation, and construction litigation. He also drafts commercial contracts and represents clients involved in contract disputes, title disagreements over property ownership, and other litigious matters.
